Hi! I’m Georgia
Emotional Mastery Strategist for Military, First Responders & High-Achieving Men, Women, and Couples
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed coach helping mission-driven men, women, and couples move beyond anger, shutdown, and disconnection and into calm, clarity, and connection.
Whether you're navigating stress from service, career pressure, or relationship strain, my work bridges tactical tools and nervous system healing to help you build relationships rooted in strength, self-trust, and emotional leadership.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University and Doctorate in Social Work from Tulane University. I bring over 10 years of experience inside the military mental health system.
Over the years, I’ve served in roles that gave me a front-row seat to both the resilience and the pain inside military life:
As a VA social worker, walking with veterans through reintegration and recovery.
As a Naval Officer, providing clinical support and suicide prevention to Sailors and their families.
With U.S. Army Special Operations, leading suicide prevention initiatives and providing clinical counseling.
I was trained to help people heal, but somewhere along the way, I realized the system I was working in wasn’t built to sustain that.
It was built for performance.
And that left too many people surviving instead of truly healing.
I didn’t leave the system. I outgrew it.
I saw the gaps from the inside. And I felt them.
In my own nervous system,
In my relationships,
In the way I worked myself into the ground trying to hold everyone else up.
That’s when I stopped trying to fix myself to fit a structure that couldn’t hold this kind of work.
Because doing the work shouldn’t mean burning out or breaking down.
So I built something different; programs designed for repair, connection, and growth.
