Hi! I’m Georgia
Emotional Mastery Strategist for Military Men, Women, and Couples
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering trauma-informed coaching for military men, women, and couples who want to move beyond anger, shutdown, and disconnection and build stronger, calmer, more connected relationships.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University and Doctorate in Social Work from Tulane University. I bring over 10 years of experience inside the military mental health system.
Over the years, I’ve served in roles that gave me a front-row seat to both the resilience and the pain inside military life:
As a VA social worker, walking with veterans through reintegration and recovery.
As a Naval Officer, providing clinical support and suicide prevention to Sailors and their families.
With U.S. Army Special Operations, leading suicide prevention initiatives and providing clinical counseling.
I was trained to help people heal, but somewhere along the way, I realized the system I was working in wasn’t built to sustain that.
It was built for performance.
And that left too many people surviving instead of truly healing.
I didn’t leave the system. I outgrew it.
I saw the gaps from the inside. And I felt them.
In my own nervous system,
In my relationships,
In the way I worked myself into the ground trying to hold everyone else up.
That’s when I stopped trying to fix myself to fit a structure that couldn’t hold this kind of work.
Because doing the work shouldn’t mean burning out or breaking down.
So I built something different; programs designed for repair, connection, and growth.
