Hi! I’m Georgia

Emotional Mastery Coaching for Military, First Responders, and High-Achieving Professionals

I help mission-driven men, women, and couples move beyond anger, shutdown, and disconnection and into calm, clarity, and stronger relationships.

Whether you're navigating the stress of military service, career pressure, or relationship strain, my work bridges practical tools and nervous system healing so you can build a life rooted in strength, self-trust, and emotional leadership.

My Background

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed coach with over 10 years of experience inside the military mental health system.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University and my Doctorate in Social Work from Tulane University.

Over the years, I’ve had a front-row seat to both the resilience and the hidden costs of high-pressure service environments.

My work has included:

• Serving as a VA Social Worker, supporting veterans through reintegration and recovery
• Working as a Naval Officer, providing clinical support and suicide prevention services to Sailors and their families
• Supporting U.S. Army Special Operations, leading suicide prevention initiatives and providing clinical counseling

These roles gave me a deep understanding of the realities faced by people who are trained to stay strong, push forward, and carry the weight of responsibility for others.

What I Learned Inside the System

I was trained to help people heal. But somewhere along the way, I realized the system I was working in wasn’t built to sustain that kind of healing. It was built for performance. And that left too many people surviving instead of truly living.

I didn’t leave the system. I outgrew it. Because I saw the gaps from the inside and I felt them personally.

In my own nervous system.
In my relationships.
In the way I pushed myself to exhaustion trying to hold everyone else up.

At some point I realized:

Healing doesn’t happen by forcing yourself to perform harder. It happens when you finally have the space and the tools to repair, regulate, and reconnect.

Why I Built This Work

I created these programs because I believe something important:

Doing meaningful work should not require burning out or breaking down. And strength should not come at the cost of your relationships, your peace, or your sense of self.

My work combines:

• Emotional mastery
• Nervous system regulation
• Relationship repair
• Practical leadership tools

To help high-performing individuals and couples move from survival mode into intentional living.

The Goal

Not just coping. Not just getting through the next mission. But building lives and relationships rooted in clarity, connection, and emotional strength.

If you're ready to step out of survival mode and into a more intentional way of living and relating, you're in the right place.ng different; programs designed for repair, connection, and growth.
