Live Educational Groups
Practical learning for military members, veterans, first responders, and their partners. These focused groups are separate from our three-month coaching pathways.
Men’s Educational Group
Explore stress, anger, shutdown, identity beyond service, and connection at home. Learn to recognize escalation, practice a pause-and-return plan, and communicate needs with accountability.
Couples Educational Group
Learn together through teaching and private partner exercises. Explore respectful pauses, needs and boundaries, appreciation, and everyday repair. Both partners participate voluntarily; suitability is reviewed before enrollment.
How the groups work
The planned format is six 75-minute live online meetings over two months, with teaching, guided practice, and moderated general Q&A. Individual coaching is separately booked and is not included.
You are not required to share personal experiences. Participant discussion will not be recorded. Privacy agreements cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants; protect others’ privacy and do not record meetings.
Availability and next steps
Groups are in planning. Dates, tuition, payment options, participation agreements, and cancellation terms will be confirmed before enrollment opens. Contact us to express interest in the men’s or couples group.

Georgia Harrison Coaching provides education and coaching, separate from psychotherapy through Break in the Dawn. These groups do not provide diagnosis, trauma treatment, couples therapy, or crisis services. Active abuse, coercive control, or threats require appropriate specialist support and are not treated as a shared communication problem.
